All house call appointments are scheduled between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. House calls are not usually scheduled on Mondays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays. To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled procedures, we will usually give a RANGE of time for your appointment. Unexpected events will happen and the occasional appointment delay may be inevitable. If that should happen, we will call and advise you of the delay and reschedule if necessary. We would also appreciate you letting us know if you cannot make the previously arranged appointment and save us the trip.

On our online appointment book (link to the left) you can see available times and make your own appointment. If you call and leave a message for an appointment, it may be that afternoon or the next day before Dr. LaVergne will be able to get back with you. If we haven't seen you before, please fill out the new client form so Dr. LaVergne will already have your basic information in her computer and can spend more time with your pet. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns you have before she comes out. Emails are checked often. Evening and weekend appointments will be made to accommodate work schedules only when necessary and with an extra charge.
Please keep in mind that this is a "solo" practice, which means Dr. Karen is the only veterinarian and cannot always be available. She will attend family events, go on vacation, and attend conferences for continuing education hours needed to renew her license each year. We hope no one is inconvenienced too greatly by these times of absence.
We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards (MC/V, AE, Discover), cash and personal checks.
