About Us..
Housecall Veterinary Services is a unique service for pet owners in that we are equipped to come to your home. We feel this reduces a great deal of stress on the part of the patient AND the owner as well as eliminate exposure to other illnesses incurred by a clinic visit and the stressful environment of the waiting room. Dr. Karen will see dogs, cats, reptiles, ferrets, and most pocket pets.......no large or farm animals and no spiders or monkeys, please!
We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. We have a specially-bult unit that is outfitted with cages, stand-on weight scale, refrigerator, exam table, lab equipment, and minor surgical equipment.
We strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but also to help you learn how to keep your best friend happy and healthy.
